Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning, architecture, and execution of our 2026 AI product roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to transition R&D prototypes into highly scalable production environments.
- Evaluate emerging AI frameworks and integrate cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) into our core technology stack.
- Define KPIs, ethical guidelines, and success metrics for next-generation machine learning pipelines.
- Present quarterly progress, technical bottlenecks, and strategic insights to the C-suite and key stakeholders.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing, future-ready team of AI researchers and data engineers.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in machine learning architecture and leadership.
- Proven track record of launching large-scale, AI-driven products from conception to market.
- Deep technical expertise in modern AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LLM orchestration).
- Strong leadership skills with experience guiding technical teams through complex, multi-year strategic transitions.
- Excellent communication skills, highly capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical executives.
