Responsibilities
- Define the AI Roadmap: Create and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategic vision for integrating Generative AI across all product lines.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead R&D initiatives to explore emerging AI technologies, including multimodal models and autonomous agents.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate technical possibilities into business value.
- Architecture Design: Oversee the design and implementation of secure, scalable AI infrastructure and APIs.
- Ethical Compliance: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to ethical guidelines, bias mitigation, and regulatory standards (GDPR, CCPA).
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a world-class team of data scientists, engineers, and strategists.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining technology strategies for large-scale enterprise environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving ambiguous problems through data-driven insights.
