Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 3 years in a strategic director or VP-level role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to look beyond current tech stacks and forecast future industry needs with high accuracy.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of emerging technologies, software architecture, and digital transformation methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders and executive audiences.
