Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for the year 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists to prototype and validate emerging technologies.
- Market Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to identify disruptive innovations that could position Apex Horizon as a market leader.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors clearly and persuasively.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize budget and talent allocation to maximize ROI on future technology initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in senior leadership roles within the technology sector, with at least 3 years in a strategic planning capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, and emerging tech trends relevant to 2026.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams and foster a culture of innovation and agility.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing at the executive level.
