Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 enterprise technology roadmap.
- Evaluate, prototype, and pilot emerging technologies including GenAI, Web3, and spatial computing.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align future tech investments with overarching business goals.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of innovation engineers and researchers.
- Identify potential tech disruptions and create proactive integration strategies.
- Establish KPIs for emerging tech initiatives and regularly report on ROI and milestones.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategic planning, or enterprise architecture.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling emerging technologies from concept to production.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and next-gen computing paradigms.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.
