Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, focusing on AI integration and next-gen hardware.
- Lead a high-performance team of engineers and researchers in developing scalable, secure, and ethical AI solutions.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate long-term strategic vision into technical execution plans.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to cloud-native and decentralized architectures.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage across the organization.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on our product portfolio.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Proven track record of successfully deploying complex, large-scale technology solutions.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of Quantum Computing concepts and their potential business applications.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
