Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Vision and Roadmap, aligning emerging tech trends with corporate objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology landscapes (AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech) to predict disruptive shifts by 2026.
- Innovation Labs: Lead the internal Innovation Lab, piloting experimental projects to validate future business models.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members to secure buy-in for long-term investments.
- Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with leading tech futurists, research institutions, and venture capital firms focused on the 2026 horizon.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in strategic technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior forecasting or R&D role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
