You will bridge the gap between emerging technologies and business strategy, ensuring our infrastructure and product offerings are future-proof.
As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will manage high-level R&D projects, foster innovation culture, and drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies including AI, Quantum Computing, and Advanced Robotics.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning technological goals with business objectives.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to pioneer breakthrough technologies.
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (AI, Blockchain, IoT) to drive competitive advantage.
- Oversee the R&D budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources for long-term innovation.
- Establish partnerships with key industry players and research institutions.
- Communicate complex technological visions to stakeholders and non-technical audiences effectively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or product management, preferably in high-growth tech environments.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale R&D initiatives or futuristic technology projects.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and automation trends.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
