- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology & Innovation Roadmap, aligning with business goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced Robotics) with high potential for implementation.
- Lead cross-functional teams in research and development projects focused on future-state solutions.
- Oversee the architectural planning for scalable systems designed to handle 2026+ market demands.
- Engage with industry thought leaders and futurists to stay ahead of global tech trends.
- Drive the adoption of predictive analytics to forecast technological shifts.
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on long-term strategic thinking.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or R&D.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps (5+ years horizon).
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Cloud Architecture.
- Strong understanding of market trends and future-proofing business strategies.
