Responsibilities
- Lead strategic R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry inflection points
- Manage $50M innovation portfolio across 12 cross-functional labs
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-tech into corporate strategy
- Represent company at global tech summits (Davos, Web Summit, CES)
- Mentor PhD-level researchers and patent 15+ breakthrough technologies
- Drive ethical frameworks for emerging tech deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching 3+ industry-disrupting technologies
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and sustainable tech design
- Experience securing $100M+ in government/private innovation funding
- Published in Nature/Science with 50+ citations in future-tech domains
- Fluency in at least 2 programming languages (Python, Rust, C++)
