Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026+ technology roadmaps across quantum, AI, and sustainable tech domains
- Direct cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology implementation and governance
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers for innovation acceleration
- Develop KPIs for measuring technology adoption impact and ROI on futuristic initiatives
- Present technology visions to C-suite and investors to secure funding and buy-in
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech systems
- Track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Strong understanding of ethical AI implementation and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or patents in future technology domains preferred
