Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in future technologies
- PhD in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI initiatives
- Expertise in ethical tech governance and policy development

- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Fluency in emerging tech standards (ISO/IEC 38507)
