Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's long-term vision for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze global tech trends, specifically in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology, to identify opportunities for disruption.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Executive teams to integrate futuristic concepts into current product development cycles.
- Patent & IP Strategy: Lead efforts in securing intellectual property related to next-generation algorithms and futuristic system architectures.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex future technologies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and strategic alignment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced certification in Futurism or Strategic Technology is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles within the tech industry, with a proven track record of forward-looking strategy.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and pivot organizational strategies accordingly.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) applicable to the 2026 landscape.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
