- Trend Analysis & Foresight: Continuously monitor global tech ecosystems to identify disruptive trends that could impact our market position in the next 2-5 years.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, Product, and Engineering teams to translate high-level strategic concepts into actionable development cycles.
- AI Governance & Ethics: Establish robust ethical frameworks and compliance standards for the deployment of autonomous systems and predictive algorithms.
- Investment & Resource Allocation: Evaluate and guide investment opportunities in emerging tech startups and proprietary research initiatives.
- Executive Communication: Present complex strategic insights to the Board of Directors and C-Suite executives in a compelling, data-driven narrative.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive consulting, with a specific focus on future tech trends.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing fundamentals.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and driving organizational change.
