- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive alignment.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to ensure our strategic initiatives outpace industry competitors.
- Partnerships & Innovation: Cultivate relationships with startups, universities, and think tanks to foster innovation.
- Implementation Oversight: Oversee pilot programs and the gradual rollout of 2026-ready technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or R&D leadership.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and executing long-term strategic plans.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Blockchain technologies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage high-stakes projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex tech concepts into business value.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
