Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends and integrating them into our product suite.
- Lead a cross-functional team of architects, engineers, and data scientists to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
- Oversee Research and Development (R&D) initiatives, focusing on next-gen AI, quantum computing, and advanced data structures.
- Establish partnerships with key industry leaders and academic institutions to foster innovation.
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, ensuring our infrastructure is future-proof.
- Mentor senior leadership and foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations or launching innovative products.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or distributed systems is highly preferred.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a strong plus.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments.
