Responsibilities
Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap aligned with organizational mission and financial targets.Conduct rigorous macro-environmental analysis and competitive intelligence to forecast industry shifts through 2026.Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential M&A targets, partnerships, and market expansions.Lead cross-functional workshops to align product, marketing, and sales teams on the 2026 vision.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against the 2026 strategic plan and adjust course as needed.Present strategic insights and recommendations to the Board of Directors and executive leadership.Build and mentor a high-performing strategy team to support long-term planning initiatives.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or executive leadership roles.Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Business, Economics, or Public Policy) preferred.Proven track record of successfully leading long-term strategic planning and visioning projects.Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business strategies.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.Demonstrated experience in navigating organizational change and driving strategic transformation.
