Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap for AI integration across all business units.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align AI initiatives with broader corporate objectives and growth targets.
- Identify emerging trends in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and automation to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee the development of ethical AI frameworks and governance policies to ensure responsible deployment.
- Lead cross-functional teams to pilot and scale high-impact AI projects from concept to production.
- Manage a budget of $5M+ for technology R&D and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, MBA, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, AI product management, or consulting.
- Deep understanding of current and future AI technologies, including LLMs, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
