Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning AI capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver breakthrough solutions.
- Identify emerging trends in Generative AI and Predictive Analytics to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage high-stakes budgets and resource allocation for R&D initiatives.
- Establish partnerships with key industry stakeholders and academic institutions.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and board members.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Strategic Technology roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps and delivering them on time.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, Computer Vision, and Neural Networks.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
