Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Strategy, aligning it with the company's overall business goals.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced Robotics) to identify high-impact opportunities for the organization.
- Lead cross-functional teams to assess feasibility and ROI for long-term tech initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a technology roadmap that outlines key milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies for the next 3-5 years.
- Communicate complex strategic visions to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring buy-in and understanding.
- Establish partnerships with industry leaders and academic institutions to foster innovation and talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, management consulting, or senior leadership roles within the tech industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing long-term strategic roadmaps (3-5 years).
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential impact on business models.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
