Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Product Roadmap, ensuring alignment with company vision and market demands.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Define product requirements and success metrics (KPIs) for all strategic initiatives.
- Lead the product management team, fostering a culture of agility and excellence.
- Partner with engineering to define technical feasibility and architectural constraints.
- Oversee the lifecycle of product launches, from concept to market release.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience leading product strategy for complex, scalable software systems.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and the ability to forecast their impact on the market.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse, high-performing teams.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
