Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the overarching technology and product strategy for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies into our core business pipeline.
- Conduct deep-dive market forecasting to anticipate industry disruptions and position the company as a market leader.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align the 2026 innovation roadmap with overarching corporate revenue and growth goals.
- Establish strategic partnerships with cutting-edge startups, academic institutions, and research labs.
- Oversee the R&D budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources toward high-ROI futuristic initiatives.
- Pitch and present strategic initiatives to the board of directors, investors, and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technology strategy, product management, or corporate innovation.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling emerging technologies from conceptualization to market launch.
- Deep understanding of next-gen technologies, including Advanced AI, Quantum Computing concepts, Web3, and Spatial Computing.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and articulate complex visions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience operating in highly volatile, fast-paced, and futuristic tech environments.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets.
