Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email
- Analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other marketing tools
- Create compelling content for blogs, social media, and email newsletters
- Manage PPC budgets and optimize ad spend across Google Ads and social platforms
- Conduct A/B testing for landing pages and email campaigns
- Collaborate with design team to produce engaging visual assets
- Generate monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content marketing
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data
