Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns
- Manage PPC budgets across Google Ads and Meta platforms with monthly ROAS targets of 300%+
- Create engaging content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, and company blogs
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 and adjust tactics in real-time
- Collaborate with design team to produce high-converting ad creatives and landing pages
- Optimize website conversion funnels using A/B testing tools
- Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with proven ROI results
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and technical SEO fundamentals
- Experience managing PPC budgets of $10,000+ monthly
