- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email)
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and marketing automation tools
- Manage PPC budgets across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads with ROAS optimization
- Create compelling content for blog posts, whitepapers, and social media
- Collaborate with design team to produce high-converting visual assets
- Generate monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations
- Stay current on digital marketing trends and algorithm updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Proven expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation
- Portfolio demonstrating successful campaign results
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent written communication and presentation abilities
- Experience working with government contractors or B2B tech clients preferred
- Google Ads and HubSpot certifications required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
