Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our presence across major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
- Assist in the creation of engaging content, including blog posts, social captions, and basic graphic design.
- Monitor website traffic and analyze user engagement metrics using Google Analytics.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Support the SEO team with keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlinking efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in the Los Angeles market.
- Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions to improve skill sets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications is a plus.
