Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package inventory in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate powered pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely and effectively
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product accuracy before shipment
- Maintain organized storage areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Participate in daily safety briefings and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts with frequent bending and lifting
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided certification
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety standards
- Reliable transportation to our Dallas facility
- Ability to pass mandatory background check and drug screening
