Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clutter-free and organized workspace to ensure maximum safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and quality standards.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with handheld RF scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Tucson facility.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
