Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and sort incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
- Pack and prepare products for shipment, adhering to all safety and packaging protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to prevent shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Handle customer returns or exchanges with professionalism and care.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid California ID or Driver's License.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
