Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move materials.
- Inventory Control: Accurately scan and record incoming and outgoing inventory using handheld scanners.
- Order Fulfillment: Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all orders meet our high-quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to showing up for shifts.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Availability: Flexible availability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
