Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare: Accurately pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipping and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using our digital systems.
- Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move heavy loads safely.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure all packaging meets safety and quality standards.
- Operational Support: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Order Fulfillment: Process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or related fields is preferred.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen as per company policy.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Equipment Operation: Basic knowledge of forklift or pallet jack operation is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to start immediately (Start this week).
