Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise onto pallets or shelves with speed and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery using proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and stock checks to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the receiving of incoming freight and verifying quantities.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) is preferred but not required for all roles.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions if applicable to outdoor duties.
- Basic computer literacy for logging hours and reading pick tickets.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is a plus.
