Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock levels are maintained to prevent shortages.
- Forklift Operations: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move stock.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Documentation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
