Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily production targets.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and performing regular stock counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as trained.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our high standards.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to operate machinery.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
