Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders in a climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Complete quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Process returns and manage warehouse documentation
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a warehouse setting
- Reliable transportation to Indianapolis worksites
