Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and hand trucks for material movement
- Perform inventory counts using RF scanners and digital systems
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and company quality standards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid California driver's license preferred (not required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to North San Diego facility
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- No prior warehouse experience necessary
