Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package incoming shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized inventory records using RF scanners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Meet daily productivity quotas while maintaining quality standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Ability to pass mandatory background check
- 1+ year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to DC warehouse facility
- Flexible availability for morning/afternoon/weekend shifts
