Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated areas with speed and accuracy.
- Ensure all workstations, aisles, and dock areas are kept clean and compliant with safety regulations.
- Verify incoming shipments against packing lists to ensure order accuracy.
- Operate scanning equipment and handheld devices to track inventory movements.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina required to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is required.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and punctuality.
