Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from trailers, storage areas, and production areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory counts and accuracy using scanning equipment and computer systems.
- Package and label items for shipment according to company standards and carrier requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock rotation to ensure product freshness and availability.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding daily targets and potential issues.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for all positions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
