Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts in real-time tracking systems
- Load/unload trucks with proper safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexible availability including weekends/nights
- Basic computer literacy (tablet training provided)
- Reliable transportation to our Harbor Dr facility
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
