Responsibilities
- Execute inbound and outbound freight operations with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and reduce bottlenecks.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and data entry.
