Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment using standard safety protocols and packaging materials.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times (5S Standards).
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reporting to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned to support team operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly and working in varying temperatures.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Reliable transportation to the Houston facility.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
