Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely move products and materials to and from delivery vehicles using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing warehouse storage areas efficiently.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and ensure order accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery and computer systems to track inventory and process orders.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred but not strictly required.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
