Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and manage stock levels to prevent shortages.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment (5S methodology).
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflow and meet production goals.
- Load and unload trucks safely using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Denver facility.
- Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
