Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Verify accuracy of inventory counts and ensure proper labeling and placement in the warehouse.
- Package and prepare items for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems to track inventory accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in organizing storage aisles and maintaining stock rotation (FIFO).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
