Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and responsibly.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure quality and compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and shipping targets.
- Perform inventory counts and stock organization as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual for all scheduled shifts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
