Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict quality control protocols for all outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory tasks
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to South Boston facility
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability for day/night shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm)
