Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products in high-volume warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA certification
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using barcode scanning systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Prepare and load/unload shipments with proper documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to worksite in Detroit area
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Flexible availability for day/night shifts
