Responsibilities
- General Labor: Perform various manual tasks including loading, unloading, and moving materials in a safe and efficient manner.
- Warehouse Operations: Maintain a clean and organized workspace; adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) to move inventory as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure all items meet company standards before shipping.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic upkeep on machinery and report any issues to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States immediately.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required to commute to the Sacramento facility.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background and drug screen as part of the hiring process.
