Responsibilities
- Perform essential warehouse duties including receiving, sorting, and staging inventory.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks, forklifts (CDL Class A/B not required for all), and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality control standards.
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparing shipments for delivery.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to minimize errors and returns.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order accuracy.
